These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the POPOPEN website ("the Site"). Please read these Terms carefully before using the Site. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Site.
POPOPEN may update these Terms from time to time by posting updated Terms on the Site. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Eligibility
The Site is intended for users aged 18 and over. By using the Site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.
Orders
Placing an order through the Site constitutes your agreement to pay the listed prices, including applicable taxes and shipping fees.
POPOPEN works with third-party suppliers to fulfill orders. We do not hold inventory directly. While we strive to provide accurate product availability and delivery estimates, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
Shipping
POPOPEN and/or its suppliers will deliver products to the address provided בעת checkout.
We offer international shipping, including delivery to Israel.
- Delivery times are estimates only
- Home delivery: up to 10 business days
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout
- Orders are shipped via third-party fulfillment providers
POPOPEN is not responsible for delays caused by third parties, customs, force majeure events (such as strikes, weather, or disruptions), or failure by the customer to coordinate delivery.
Payment
Payments are processed using the payment methods available on the Site. POPOPEN implements reasonable security measures to protect payment information.
Cancellation, Returns & Refunds
Order cancellation is subject to the Consumer Protection Law, 1981 and the Consumer Protection Regulations (Cancellation of a Transaction), 2010 (Israel).
- A cancellation request must be submitted within the legally permitted timeframe
- Cancellation may be subject to a fee of up to 5% of the transaction amount or as permitted by law
- Refunds will be issued using the original payment method
Returns are subject to the following conditions:
- Products must be returned only after delivery has been completed
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- Items that are opened, used, damaged, or not in original condition may not be eligible for a refund, unless required by law
- In case of defective or incorrect items, customers should contact us for resolution
All returns must follow the instructions provided by POPOPEN after contacting customer support.
Intellectual Property
All content on the Site—including text, images, logos, code, and design—is the property of POPOPEN and protected by intellectual property laws.
You may use the Site for personal use only. Any reproduction, modification, or distribution without prior written consent is prohibited.
Liability
The Site and all products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
POPOPEN does not guarantee that:
- The Site will be uninterrupted or error-free
- Product descriptions will be fully accurate
Minor variations between displayed and actual products may occur.

Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Israel.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and POPOPEN regarding use of the Site.
