Will I pay customs or duties?
Orders ship from our international fulfilment centre. Most orders stay below the threshold and arrive with no extra fees. If customs or import duties do apply, they are the customer’s responsibility.
What is the return policy?
You have 30 days from delivery to return unworn, unwashed items with the tags attached. Returns are handled locally in Toronto: email hello@popopen.ca with your order number and we send you the instructions. Return shipping is paid by the customer.
